Professor, Additional Professor & Other Posts

• Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 14A (Basic Rs. 1,68,900 - 2,20,400) as per 7th CPC, plus all usual allowances and Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) for medical qualification holders.
• Additional Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 13A2 (Basic Rs. 1,48,200 - 2,11,400) as per 7th CPC, plus all usual allowances and NPA for medical qualification holders.
• Associate Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 13A1 (Basic Rs. 1,38,300 - 2,09,200) as per 7th CPC, plus all usual allowances and NPA for medical qualification holders.
• Assistant Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 12 (Basic Rs. 1,01,500 - 1,67,400) as per 7th CPC, plus all usual allowances and NPA for medical qualification holders.

• Professor (Consultant): Rs. 2,20,000/- P.M.
• Additional Professor (Consultant): Rs. 2,00,000/- P.M.
• Associate Professor (Consultant): Rs. 1,88,000/- P.M.

Note: Retired faculty/Consultants may also be entitled to residential accommodation subject to applicable deductions as per Government instructions.

1. Download Application Forms: Candidates must download the Soft Copy of the application form (Appendix-I) and the Career Graph form (Appendix-II) from the provided Google Drive links.
2. Fill & Convert to PDF: Complete both forms accurately in MS Word format (Times New Roman, Size-12) and then convert them to PDF.
3. Online Application: Apply online by filling out the Google Form available at https://forms.gle/LaGGUUCAK86NLL328. Upload the scanned PDF copies of the filled application forms, necessary documents, and NEFT transaction details.
4. Hard Copy Submission: Candidates who apply online must also submit self-attested copies of all relevant certificates (Age, Qualification, Experience, Proof of Payment, Caste, EWS/PwBD, NOC, etc.) along with a printout of the application (Appendix-I) to the following address: Administrative Officer, (Recruitment Cell), Administrative Block, 3rd Floor, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Kothipura, Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh-174037. The hard copy must reach on or before 07.12.2022 by 5:00 P.M. The envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post of [Post Name], Department of [Department Name] for AIIMS, Bilaspur (H.P.)”.

Failure to submit the hard copy by the due date will lead to cancellation of candidature. Incomplete applications or those without the prescribed fee will be summarily rejected.

• SC/ST category: Rs. 1000/-
• For other categories: Rs. 2000/-

Application fees are non-refundable and must be paid through online NEFT mode in favor of the Executive Director, AIIMS-Bilaspur. Applications without the requisite fee will be summarily rejected.
