Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor

• Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 14A (Basic ₹1,68,900 - ₹2,20,400) as per 7th CPC, plus all usual allowances and NPA for medically qualified candidates.
• Associate Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 13A₁ (Basic ₹1,38,300 - ₹2,09,200) as per 7th CPC, plus all usual allowances and NPA for medically qualified candidates.
• Assistant Professor: Entry Level Pay Matrix 12 (Basic ₹1,01,500 - ₹1,67,400) as per 7th CPC, plus all usual allowances and NPA for medically qualified candidates.

• Assistant Professor (Contractual): Consolidated monthly remuneration of Basic Pay (₹1,01,500) + NPA @ 20% of Basic Pay + Applicable DA. No annual increment during the contract period.
• Retired Faculty (Consultants): Fixed consolidated monthly remuneration, calculated by deducting basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. No annual increment during the contract period.

Both contractual categories may also be entitled to residential accommodation subject to availability and applicable deductions.

Candidates must follow a multi-step application process:

1. Pay Application Fee: Pay the non-refundable application fee (₹2,360/- for General/OBC/EWS; exempted for SC/ST/PwBD) via online NEFT to the specified AIIMS Bilaspur bank account.
2. Download Forms: Download the Soft Copy of the Application Form (Appendix-I) and the Career Graph Form (Appendix-II) from the links provided in the detailed advertisement.
3. Complete Forms: Fill out Appendix-I and Appendix-II thoroughly. Convert Appendix-I into a PDF.
4. Fill Google Form (Online Application): Submit the Google Form available at https://forms.gle/F262hswPdmZ6j2st5. Upload the scanned PDF of Appendix-I, necessary documents, and the fee transaction details. Ensure your photo and signature are clearly visible. The closing date for online submission is 20.06.2026 up to 05:00 PM.
5. Submit Hard Copy (Offline Application): Send the duly filled and signed hard copy of Appendix-I along with self-attested copies of all relevant certificates (age, qualification, experience, payment proof, caste/EWS/PwBD certificate, NOC, etc.) and a covering letter. The hard copy must reach the following address on or before 25.06.2026 by 05:00 PM:

Failure to submit both the online Google form and the hard copy application by the respective deadlines may lead to cancellation of candidature. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each.

• For other categories: ₹2,360/- (Rs. 2,000/- plus 18% GST).
