In addition to consolidated remuneration, transport allowance with DA on transport allowance will be paid as per rules. This remuneration will be revised whenever there is revision of rates of DA as per ESIC Hqrs. Office Office Memorandum no. Z-17/11/1/2007/Med.IV (Pt.file) dated 13.04.2022, in line with Central Government Employees norms.

Eligible candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format along with copies of certificates/documents supporting eligibility, publications, etc., and the Demand Draft (if applicable) while reporting for the interview. The hardcopy of the application, along with the following enclosures, must be submitted to the office during registration without fail:

• Copy of original certificates and testimonials for proof of age (X Marksheet), Educational Qualification, and Experience (including BCBR & BCMET).
• Copy of Publications mentioned in the Application.
• Copy of valid registration certificates with any State Medical Council.
• Copy of valid community certificate in the prescribed format.
• Copy of Certificate issued by competent medical board for Persons with Bench Mark Disabilities.
• Copy of Discharge Certificate for Ex-servicemen.
• No objection certificate / Intimation Letter duly acknowledged by their employer for candidates working in Central/State Government/Autonomous bodies/Central PSUs/State PSUs.

All candidates are required to appear for document verification with a duly filled application form between 09:00 AM - 11:00 AM on the scheduled interview dates (01.07.2026 and 02.07.2026). No candidate will be entertained after 11:00 AM.

Payment must be made via a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- (if applicable) in favour of 'ESI Fund Account No.1' drawn on any scheduled bank payable at Chennai. The Demand Draft must be issued after the date of issue of this advertisement. Fee once paid is non-refundable.
