Project Scientist III

This role is ideally suited for highly qualified PhD holders with a first-class Master's degree in Chemistry, Natural Product Chemistry, or related fields. Essential requirements include a mandatory GATE/CSIR NET qualification and a strong research publication record with at least three publications having an impact factor greater than 3. Candidates with desirable experience in natural product isolation, characterization, and analytical techniques will be preferred.

Candidates without a PhD degree or the mandatory GATE/CSIR NET qualification should not apply. Those lacking the required publication record, or seeking a permanent government position, will find this contractual, project-based role unsuitable.

NIPER-G is an autonomous institute of National importance, providing a reputable platform for specialized research in pharmaceutical sciences. While the position offers valuable experience in a cutting-edge project, it is contractual for one year (extendable by another year) and project-based, thus not leading to permanent absorption or regularization within the Institute.
