Record Assistant, Office Subordinate & Other Posts

All selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 15,000/-. Additionally, statutory benefits such as EPF, ESI, and other admissible recoveries will be provided by treating them as "on duty" for outsourcing employees.

The selection process for various posts includes a Written Test, Skill Test, and Interview. Details are as follows:

• Paper I (Written Test - 55 Marks, 60 Minutes): Covers Telugu Language (10), English Language (10), General Knowledge (15), Mathematics (10), and Social Studies (10), based on Andhra Pradesh SSC/10th Class standard.
• Paper II (Computer Practical Test - 20 Marks, 30 Minutes): Assesses practical knowledge of MS Office.
• Interview (25 Marks): Evaluates communication skills, general awareness, aptitude for office work, personality, attitude, and overall suitability.

• Written Test (75 Marks, 90 Minutes): Covers Telugu Language (15), English Language (15), General Knowledge (15), Mathematics (15), and Social Studies (15), based on Andhra Pradesh SSC/10th Class standard.
• Interview (25 Marks): Evaluates communication skills, general awareness, aptitude for office work, personality, attitude, and overall suitability.

For these posts, the selection involves a Read & Write Test, a Skill Test, and an Interview. The Read & Write Test (15 Marks, 15 Minutes) assesses the ability to read and write simple Telugu and understand basic instructions relevant to the post.

Skill Test Details (60 Marks, Duration varies):

• Cook: Focuses on meal preparation (breakfast, main meals), taste, quality, presentation, knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods, kitchen hygiene, equipment use/maintenance, and time management.
• Dhobi: Includes washing, stain removal, ironing, fabric care knowledge, safe handling of laundry equipment, hygiene, cleanliness, and time management.
• Barber: Covers hair cutting, beard shaving & trimming, time management & customer handling, use & maintenance of barber tools/equipment, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices.
• Sweeper: Involves sweeping office premises, mopping floors, waste collection/segregation/disposal, proper use/maintenance of cleaning equipment, work efficiency, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Scavenger: Focuses on cleaning/sanitization of toilets/washrooms/urinals, safe handling/disposal of sanitary waste, proper use of disinfectants/cleaning agents/equipment, and work efficiency.

Interview (25 Marks, 15 Minutes): Assesses communication skills, attitude, discipline, personal hygiene, ability to work in a team, and overall suitability for the respective post.
