Refractory Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer & Other Posts

• Annual Increment: Subject to satisfactory performance, an annual increment of 4%, 7%, or 10% may be allowed in the monthly consolidated retainership fee.
• Residential Accommodation: Outstation Young Professionals (YPs) may be provided with a 2-Bedroom accommodation (YP-1/2) at Rs. 3,000/month or a 3-Bedroom accommodation (YP-3) at Rs. 5,000/month at Plant location, subject to availability. Electricity, water, and maintenance charges will be extra. Initial three months may offer stay at SAIL-BSL Guest House/Transit House at Rs. 200/day.
• Medical Facility: YPs can avail medical facilities (OPD & IPD) at the Company Owned Hospital for self, spouse, and two dependent children free of cost. Mandatory self-insurance cover for Medical/Life/Health/Accident with reimbursements up to Rs. 20,000, Rs. 25,000, or Rs. 30,000 per year for YP-1, YP-2, and YP-3 respectively.
• Official Tour/Travel: Eligibility for reimbursement as per company rules for approved official tours.
• Communication Expenses: YP-1 & YP-2 will receive Rs. 800/month and Rs. 1,000/month respectively, and YP-3 will receive Rs. 1,200/month towards mobile/broadband expenses.
• No other Perks & Allowances, loans/advances, Performance Related Payments, provident fund, pension, or gratuity are payable beyond those explicitly mentioned.

5. Upload scanned copies of a recent passport-size color photograph (JPG/JPEG, max 50 kb) and signature on white paper with black ink (JPG/JPEG, max 20 kb).
6. Upload scanned copies of all relevant documents in PDF format (less than 300kb), including:
   • Matriculation Certificate (for Date of Birth proof).
   • Marks Sheet and Degree Certificate of B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/CA/CS/CMA/MBA/etc. as applicable for the relevant discipline.
   • Experience Certificate(s) clearly mentioning the job profile & area, appointment/promotion orders, release orders, and last pay-slip/salary.
7. Review all entered details carefully and submit the application. Please note that no edits are allowed after submission.
8. Make the requisite payment of Rs. 500/- Registration Fee through online mode via the Bill Desk Payment Gateway.
9. After successful submission and payment, candidates will receive an application preview with an Application Number. Retain a printout for future reference and communication.

A non-refundable Registration Fee, including processing fee, of Rs. 500/- is required for all applicants. Any additional bank charges must be borne by the candidates.
