Registrar, Finance Officer & Other Posts

Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC/UGC Norms:

• Registrar, Finance Officer, Controller of Examinations (COE): Level 14
• System Analyst: Level 10
• Section Officer: Level 7

• Candidates must apply online through the portal https://rgunt.samarth.edu.in.
• First, complete the registration process, confirming via a valid mobile number and email.
• Login to the online application portal using credentials and fill in all required information, including educational qualifications, experience, caste certificate, PwBD certificate, etc.
• Paste a scanned passport-sized color photograph, signature, and all supporting documents (qualifications, experience, caste/PwBD certificates). File sizes should be between 100kb-500kb (JPEG/PDF).
• Applicants are required to send one hard copy of the online application form along with the payment receipt and all self-attested testimonials/documents through SPEED POST to "The Deputy Registrar (Establishment), Administrative Block, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh-791112" in a sealed envelope. The envelope must be super scribed "Application for the post......(Name of Post)...Advt. No...............Date: 6.5.2025".
• Applications must be submitted well in advance of the deadline.
• Candidates belonging to reserved categories must submit a valid certificate in the format prescribed by the Government of India.
• In-service candidates must route their application through the proper channel or submit a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer. They must also submit Certificates of Integrity, Vigilance Clearance, and No Penalty.
