Research Assistant & Field Investigator

This role is ideal for postgraduates and graduates in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or Anthropology with a strong academic record (55% marks minimum). Candidates with NET/MPhil/PhD (for RA) or a four-year graduation program (for FI) are highly preferred. Crucially, applicants must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Odiya, as the project involves field work with tribal communities in Odisha.

Individuals lacking proficiency in Odiya language or those without a background in the specified social sciences/humanities disciplines should not apply. Those seeking permanent government employment should also look elsewhere, as these are time-bound contractual project positions (6 months, extendable).
