Research Assistant III

This role is ideal for dedicated research professionals holding a Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech. or equivalent) with a strong foundation in biological sciences. Candidates must possess at least four years of hands-on research experience, particularly in areas like histology, cryosectioning, immunohistochemistry, advanced microscopy (bright field and confocal), stereology, and 3D neuron reconstruction. A proactive approach to project-based work and a commitment to scientific inquiry within neuroanatomical studies are essential.

Candidates without a Master's degree or its equivalent, or those lacking the mandatory four years of research experience, should not apply. Individuals seeking a permanent government position will find this contractual role unsuitable, as the tenure is project-dependent and initially for a short duration (6-12 months).
