Reserve Bank of India Recruitment 2025 – 1 Part-Time Medical Consultant Post

Remuneration is fixed at ₹1,000/- per hour for the 3 years of contract. In addition, a sum of ₹1,000/- per month will be treated as conveyance expenses and ₹1,000/- per month will be paid as reimbursement for mobile charges. The engagement is purely on a contract basis, and no superannuation benefits (Pension, Provident Fund, or Gratuity) or leave will be admissible. Taxes on income will be deducted at source. The total hours of engagement for a Medical Consultant shall not exceed 30 hours per week.

Eligible candidates must apply as per the format given in Annex - I of the official notification. Applications, in a sealed cover, should be super-scribed as ‘Application for the post of Part-Time Medical Consultant (MC) on contract basis with fixed hourly remuneration'. The sealed cover must reach the Regional Director, Human Resource Management Department, Recruitment Section, Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata Regional Office, 15, Netaji Subhas Road, Kolkata – 700 001 before 16:30 hours on November 28, 2025. Applications not in the prescribed format or not accompanied by copies of requisite documents/certificates will be summarily rejected.
