Annual Increment: Annual increment at the rate of 4% / 7% / 10% of monthly consolidated retainership fee based on performance.

1. Go to the official SAIL Careers website at www.sail.co.in or http://sailcareers.com.
2. Click on "Login" or "Apply" under the Careers section.
3. Complete the ONE-TIME Registration process if you are a new user to generate a User ID and Password.
4. Fill out all mandatory fields in the application form and upload scanned copies of requisite documents including Date of Birth certificate, B.E./B.Tech Degree, Experience Certificates, and NOC (if applicable).
5. Upload a passport-sized photograph (max 50 KB) and signature (max 20 KB) in JPG/JPEG format.
6. Review the details carefully and submit the form.
7. Pay the registration fee of Rs. 500/- through online payment mode.
8. Download and print the system-generated Registration Slip with your unique Application ID for future reference.

A registration and processing fee of Rs. 500/- is applicable for all candidates applying under the YP-1, YP-2, and YP-3 categories.
