Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Primary Qualification: A two or three-year diploma in one of the following disciplines/faculties:
- Agriculture
- Horticulture
- Agro-Processing
- Agricultural Engineering
- Nutrition & Community Science
- Food Technology & Nutrition
- Food Nutrition & Dietetics
- Agriculture co-operation, Banking and Marketing
- Home Science
- Computer Proficiency: Must have passed the CCC examination from DOEACC or an equivalent examination. Candidates who have not passed this exam at the time of application must pass it during their probation period.
