Security Guard & Fire Service personnel

During the initial contract period of 2 years, candidates will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 20,000/- PM in the first year and Rs. 23,500/- PM in the second year. Upon successful completion of the contract period, and subject to BEML's business requirements, candidates will be absorbed into Wage Group 'B' with a pay scale of Rs. 16,900-60,650.

Candidates must apply ONLINE ONLY by following these steps:

• Visit the BEML career page at www.bemlindia.in.
• The online registration site will be available until 18:00 Hrs on September 12, 2025.
• Ensure all data entered in the online portal/form is correct.
• Note down the 'Registration number' generated for future correspondence.
• Accurately fill in the experience section, starting with the latest experience, followed by previous experiences. A 'pen picture' of relevant experience must be provided.
• Upload scanned copies of the following documents (as applicable):
  • 10th Standard Marks card (self-attested)
  • Identity card issued by the Government of India (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card)
  • Detailed Resume
  • OBC/EWS/SC/ST certificate
  • All Experience Certificates/Documents clearly indicating start & end dates of each employment (clubbed as a single PDF file)
  • Discharge book from the respective service (Mandatory for personnel from various services, all pages uploaded as a single PDF)
  • Latest pay-slip
• Only candidates meeting all eligibility criteria (qualification, age, caste) should apply.

A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 200/- is applicable for General, EWS, and OBC candidates. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
