This role is most suitable for medical professionals with an MBBS/BDS degree combined with a Postgraduate degree/DNB/MDS in Microbiology, ENT, Ophthalmology, or Blood Bank. It particularly suits those looking for short-term (initially 44 days, extendable up to 3 years) contractual opportunities within a Delhi Government hospital, including candidates without MD/DNB but with 2 years of relevant experience. Ideal applicants are also those who have not completed more than three years of Senior Residency and are registered with the Delhi Medical Council.

Candidates seeking permanent government employment should not apply, as these are ad-hoc contractual positions. Individuals unable to attend the walk-in interview on June 5, 2026, or who do not meet the Delhi Medical Council registration requirements (or application thereof) will be ineligible. Those who have already completed the maximum three-year Senior Residency tenure should also refrain from applying unless seeking consideration under relaxed norms.
