Age Limit Details
- Upper age limit for Staff Nurse is 30 years and for Pharmacist is 29 years, as on 12th of September, 2025.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates.
- For PwD candidates, an additional 10 years of relaxation is applicable over and above the relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL.

Upon successful completion of the 2-year contract period, candidates will be absorbed into the respective Wage Groups based on BEML's Business requirements.
Exam Syllabus & Pattern
The Computer Based Written Test will be of 2 hours duration and consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) across three parts:
- Part-I: 20 questions on General Awareness
- Part-II: 20 questions on English & Reasoning
- Part-III: 60 questions on the concerned Discipline
Each question will carry 1 mark, and there will be no negative marking.

- The online registration site will be available until 18:00 Hrs on 12th of September, 2025.
- Candidates must use a proper email ID, which should remain valid for at least one year.
- Applicants need to upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- Recent photograph
- Signature (on clear white background in black ink)
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- 10th Standard marks card
- 12th Standard marks card
- Qualifying Degree Certificate
- Qualifying Degree Mark sheets as a single PDF
- All marks cards, along with CGPA Conversion formula (if applicable) - self-attested
- Identity card issued by Government of India (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card)
- Registration in State Pharmacy Council of India (mandatory for Pharmacist)
- All relevant experience certificates as a single PDF file

- Incomplete applications or those without required document uploads will be summarily rejected.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 200/- is required for General, EWS, and OBC candidates. This fee is not applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
