The pay scale varies by post, classified into different levels of the Pay Matrix:

• Level 6: ₹35,400 - ₹1,12,400 (e.g., Sub-Inspector, Radio Operator, Radio Technician, Cipher Operator)
• Level 4: ₹25,500 - ₹81,100 (e.g., Dealing Assistant, Store Keeper, Fitter Electrician, Constable Executive, Bandsmen, GD, Wireless, Greaser, Lascar)
• Level 3: ₹21,700 - ₹69,100 (e.g., Assistant Mechanic, Mechanic Helper, Constable Driver, Firemen)
• Level 2: ₹19,900 - ₹63,200 (e.g., Nursing Assistant, Diesel Mechanic, Safaikaramchari Executive, Cook, Daftry)
• Level 1: ₹18,000 - ₹56,900 (e.g., Follower Carpenter, Cook, Tailor, Barber, Washerman, Messenger)
