Superintending Engineer, Principal, College of Nursing & Other Posts

All posts carry usual allowances admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status and other allowances sanctioned in AIIMS Bilaspur (H.P.). The deputation terms and conditions will be governed by the Department of Personnel & Training's OM/orders.

Candidates must submit a hard copy of the signed application form (as per Appendix-I, which is not attached in this document) along with self-attested copies of all relevant certificates pertaining to age, qualification, experience, caste (pro-forma prescribed by Central Government), EWS/PwBD Certificate, No Objection Certificate from the parent department, and other relevant testimonials. A covering letter must also be included.

The application envelope should be super scribed as "Application for the post of [Post Name] on Deputation Basis for AIIMS, Bilaspur (H.P.)".

The complete application, along with all documents, must reach the following address on or before March 31, 2025, by 5:00 P.M.:

Advance copies of applications may be considered provisionally if received before the due date, provided hard copies with vigilance clearance, NOC, ACRs/APARs, and forwarding through the proper channel are received by the institute at a later intimated date. Failure to submit hard copies with necessary certificates by the due date will lead to cancellation of candidature.
