Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Authorised Medical Officer: MBBS degree with permanent Medical Council Registration.
- Dental Surgeon: BDS degree with Permanent Dental Council Registration.
Age Limit Details
Preference will be given to candidates below 70 years of age for all advertised posts.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Authorised Medical Officer: Remuneration in the range of Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 36,000 per month based on the number of files assigned.
- Dental Surgeon (all locations): Remuneration to be claimed as per CHSS SOR (Contributory Health Service Scheme Schedule of Rates).

- Submit the filled application form along with scanned copies of educational qualification, registration certificates, and experience certificates via email to [email protected] on or before 2025-12-07.
- The email subject should be: 'Application to the position of Authorised Medical Officer at Edapally / Dental Surgeon at <location name> on contract'.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview and will receive intimation about the details of the interview through email/phone.
- Candidates must appear for the interview in person with the duly filled bio-data form, original certificates (educational qualification, age, experience, registration, etc.), and self-attested true copies of relevant certificates/testimonials.
