Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB/DM/M.Ch) or an equivalent qualification in the relevant department. This degree must be recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), National Medical Commission (NMC), or National Board of Examinations (NBE).
- For Clinical Haematology, candidates holding an MD in General Medicine or MD in Paediatrics are also eligible.
- PG Students who have passed their final examination in December 2024 are eligible to apply.
Age Limit Details
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation
- OBC candidates: 3 years relaxation
- PwBD candidates: 10 years relaxation

- Prepare scanned copies (JPG format) of a recent passport-size photograph (80-100 KB, 200x230 pixels, light background) and signature (50-80 KB, 140x60 pixels, black ink on white paper).
- Have online payment details for the application fee ready.
- Keep your Aadhar Card handy.
- Upload required documents including Date of Birth/SSC/HSSC Pass certificate (PDF, max 1 MB), MBBS Degree, Internship Completion Certificate, MD/MS/DNB/DM/M.Ch Degree/Provisional Degree Certificate (PDF, max 1 MB), UG/PG NMC/State Registration Certificate (PDF, max 1 MB), Category/PwBD Certificate (if applicable, PDF, max 1 MB), Experience Certificate (if any, PDF, max 1 MB), NOC from current employer (if applicable, PDF, max 1 MB), and any other relevant documents (PDF, max 1 MB).
- After final submission, candidates must take a printout of the application form for their records.
- The application fee must be remitted online only; no other payment instrument will be accepted. Retain proof of successful remittance.
- Regularly visit the AIIMS Patna website for updates regarding the recruitment process, including the publication of the provisional eligibility list, admit cards, and examination results.
