Educational Qualification
- Essential: 12th pass with 60% aggregate.
- Essential: Must be a resident of Pithoragarh District.
- Essential: Proficiency in Hindi (ability to read, write, and speak fluently).
- Desirable: Proficiency in Kumaoni language and a good understanding of local culture.
- Desirable: Residence in Munsyari Taluk.
- Desirable: Ability to operate/use an Android tablet.
