- For Engineering Graduate (BE/B. Tech): A regular, full-time Degree in Engineering/Technology in a relevant discipline from a recognized university/institution.

Salary & Pay Scale
- Engineering Graduate: Rs. 12,300/-
- Diploma Engineering: Rs. 10,900/-
- ITI: Rs. 10,560/- (for Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Mechanic of Refrigeration & AC, Electronics Mechanic, Turner, PASAA/COPA)
- ITI (PASAA/COPA, Welder): Rs. 9,600/-
