- PGT Posts: Master Degree (minimum 50% marks) in the concerned subject along with a B.Ed/M.Ed (minimum 50% marks) or equivalent.
- TGT Posts: Bachelor Degree (minimum 50% marks) in the concerned subject/combination along with a B.Ed (minimum 50% marks) or equivalent.
- PRT Posts: Graduate (minimum 50% marks) with a B.El.Ed/2-year D.El.Ed or equivalent.
- TGT Counsellor: Graduation in Psychology with a Certificate/Diploma in counseling.
- Headmistress (APS Main): Graduate (minimum 50% marks) with B.Ed/M.Ed and B.El.Ed (diploma in elementary education).
- Headmistress (Foundational Wings I & II) & PPRT: Graduation (minimum 50% marks) with a 2-year Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/Pre-School Education/Early Childhood Program (D.E.C.Ed) or B.Ed (Nursery).
- Non-Teaching Academic Staff (IT Supervisor, Computer Lab Technician): Advanced diploma/diploma or degree in computing and hardware.
- Science Lab Attendant: 10+2 with Science and computer application knowledge.
- Library Attendant: 10+2 with a Diploma/certificate in Library Science.
- Head Clerk & Adm Supervisor: Minimum Graduate.
- Peon & Gardener: Matriculation.
Common Requirements: Proficiency in teaching English & Hindi medium, and knowledge of Computer Application are generally required. Passing CTET/TET is mandatory for teaching posts. AWES Online Screening Test (OST) is mandatory for TGT posts after selection.
