Assistant Manager

This role is ideally suited for dynamic individuals holding a B.Tech degree or an MBA with a technical background, coupled with 1-2 years of experience in the incubation, startup, or entrepreneurial ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, deep knowledge of Industry 4.0, Technology, and Business Solutions, and a passion for managing and developing incubation programs. A willingness to travel across various campuses including Agra, Gorakhpur, Noida, and Lucknow is essential.

Candidates lacking the specified technical educational background (B.Tech or technical MBA) or the minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in startup/incubation environments should not apply. Individuals seeking a permanent, non-contractual government position, or those unable to meet the travel requirements across multiple locations, will find this role unsuitable.
