Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Assistant Manager (Grade-III): Graduate in any Discipline with Post-Graduation / PG Diploma in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication Advertising.
  • Officer (Grade-II): Graduation & Post Graduation score should be First Class reckoned at 60% as an overall average (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD).

Age Limit Details

  • The upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. of India guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC candidates.
  • For PwD candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by an additional 10 years, over and above the relaxation admissible for SC/ST/OBC – NCL, provided they have a minimum 40% disability.

In addition to Basic Pay, candidates will be eligible for Industrial Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances @ 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. as per prevailing Company Rules. Executives will also be eligible for Performance Related Pay (PRP).

  4.   5. Prepare a presentation (max 2-3 slides) on your achievements & vision for the future (2 copies to be carried for the walk-in).
