The consolidated contractual remuneration for the advertised posts is as follows:

Interested and eligible candidates must apply offline by submitting their application form in a sealed envelope to the following address:

• Deadline: Applications must be received by 05:30 PM on June 25, 2026.
• Submission Method: Only via Registered Post / Speed Post. Applications submitted in person, via email, or any other electronic means will not be accepted.
• Required Documents:
  • Self-attested photocopies of all desired educational qualifications and other relevant certificates/documents.
  • Original Permanent Caste Certificate and Domicile Certificate (for Chhattisgarh residents).
  • If currently employed, applications must be submitted through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  • For mark sheets obtained online/via internet, a verified and attested copy (with seal/stamp) from the Head of the recognized University/Institution is mandatory.
  • Two self-addressed envelopes, each with a Rs. 40/- postal stamp affixed.
• Important Notes:
  • Applications received after the specified date and time will not be considered.
  • Incomplete, unclear, or incorrect application forms will be rejected without prior notice.
  • The application envelope must clearly state the name of the applied post.
  • Candidates who have married before reaching the minimum legal age for marriage are not eligible.
  • Candidates with more than two children, where one was born after January 26, 2001, are not eligible.
  • The decision of the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Bastar, regarding recruitment will be final and binding.
  • Applying for the same post in more than one district is not permitted, and such applications will be automatically rejected.
