Associate Vice President & General Manager

This role is ideally suited for highly experienced professionals holding an MBA or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 15 years' experience, including at least five years in a senior leadership capacity. Candidates should have a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D), executive education program design, development, and marketing, or related professional services. Essential qualities include strategic thinking, excellent execution skills, relationship marketing proficiency, and the ability to engage with CXOs/CHROs and global business schools.

Candidates lacking an MBA or equivalent degree, or those with less than 15 years of overall experience (or less than 5 years in a senior role) will not be suitable. Individuals over 55 years of age are ineligible. Those seeking a permanent government position should note this is a tenure-based contractual role. Lack of experience in executive education or L&D management within an institutional setting would also be a significant drawback.
