Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment 2026: 01 Advisor (Air) Vacancy

• The remuneration payable to Advisors in the grade of AGM or equivalent & above shall be the last pay drawn, specifically the Basic Pay at the time of superannuation from the previous Government Organisation.
• In the event of an extension, remuneration for the extended period (one year) shall be increased by 5% on the last drawn remuneration (excluding conveyance component).
• For candidates with relevant post-retirement experience, remuneration may be fixed with an increase of 5% per year of experience over the last drawn basic, and further age relaxation may be granted at the discretion of the Selection Committee.
• Conveyance: BEL provides transport arrangements, or a conveyance reimbursement of Rs. 8,000/- per month will be paid if a Company provided car is not utilized.
• TA/DA: Advisors are entitled to TA/DA for official journeys within India, as applicable to their grade (equivalent to GM/ED grade) at the time of superannuation.
• Accommodation: Guest House accommodation will be arranged during official visits based on availability. If a Guest House is unavailable, hotel stays will be regulated as per TA/DA Rules (equivalent to GM/ED).

Interested and eligible retired senior Indian Air Force Officers are required to follow these steps to apply:

  • Self-Attested copies of Educational Qualification Certificates (e.g., M.Tech / PhD Degree Certificates).
  • Self-Attested copies of Mark sheets (e.g., M.Tech / PhD Degree Certificates).
  • Self-Attested copies of Experience/Service certificates from respective employers.
  • Superannuation/Relieving Certificate from the employer.
  • Last drawn pay certificate.
  • Criminal case Declaration (as per Annexure-I).
  • Undertaking for Police verification (as per Annexure-II).
  • Confidentiality-cum-Non-Compete agreement (External Advisors bound by previous employer agreements are not eligible; on joining, Advisors will enter a new agreement as per Annexure-IV).
