BPSCL Assistant Manager Recruitment 2026: 15 Vacancies for Boiler Operation Engineer (E-1)

The pay scale for the Assistant Manager (E-1) is Rs. 50,000–3%–Rs. 1,60,000/-. Upon successful completion of a one-year probation, candidates will be placed in the E-1 grade in the Scale of Pay Rs. 60,000–3%–Rs. 1,80,000/-.

In addition to Basic Pay and Industrial Dearness Allowance, employees are entitled to perquisites under a cafeteria approach, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, Medical Treatment for self and dependents, and other benefits as per company rules. House Rent Allowance will be paid if company accommodation is not available.

Eligible and interested candidates must apply online through the BPSCL website: www.bpscl.com under the "Our People/Careers" section. No other mode of application will be accepted.

1. Visit the BPSCL website and navigate to the "Our People/Careers" section.
2. Click on the "APPLY ONLINE" option and then "Click here for New Registration".
3. Register by entering Name, Contact details, and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated.
4. Carefully fill in all details in the online application form. Candidates are advised to use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify details before final submission.
5. Upload scanned images of your photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm, 20kb-50kb), signature (black ink, 10kb-20kb), left thumb impression (black or blue ink, 20kb-50kb), and a handwritten declaration (black ink on white paper, 50kb-100kb). The handwritten declaration text is: "I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
6. Proceed to the 'Payment' Tab to pay the application/processing fee online (if applicable) using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallets.
7. After successful payment, an e-Receipt will be generated. Candidates should take a printout of the e-Receipt and the completed online Application Form for future reference.
8. Ensure all eligibility criteria are met, and information provided is accurate, as candidature is provisional and subject to verification at the time of Interview and Medical Examination.

The online application window is from 09.02.2026 to 05.03.2026. Candidates are advised to apply well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Candidates will be required to pay the application/processing fee through online mode only. Bank charges, if any, will be borne by the candidate. The fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
