Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For Assistant Professor: A Master's degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject, plus clearance of NET/SLET/SET. Candidates with a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations are exempt from NET/SLET/SET.
- For College Librarian: A Master's Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks and a good academic record with knowledge of library computerization. Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET, with exemption for Ph.D. holders as per UGC regulations.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to teach through the Sanskrit language for Sanskrit/Shastra related subjects.

- The hard copy, along with self-attested copies of all supporting documents, must reach 'The Registrar, Central Sanskrit University, 56-57, Institutional Area, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058' by 29.12.2025 (6:00 p.m. IST).
- Applications not fulfilling both online and hard copy submission requirements will be rejected.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs. 3,000/- for general applicants and Rs. 1,500/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. The fee must be paid online.
