Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- The qualification and experience required for teaching posts will be as per “UGC REGULATIONS ON MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT OF TEACHERS AND OTHER ACADEMIC STAFF IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES AND MEASURES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS IN HIGHER EDUCATION, 2018” and its amendments.
- Specific qualifications are required for certain departments, such as those governed by NCTE, PCI, and AICTE regulations.
- For the Department of Applied Agriculture, a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in specific fields like Food Technology or Agribusiness are required.
- A 'good academic record' is defined as at least 55% marks at the Master's level and 50% at the Bachelor's level.
Age Limit Details
No candidate will be considered beyond the age of 64 years for a regular appointment. The age of superannuation for all posts will be as per UGC norms. Relaxations for reserved categories are applicable as per Government of India/UGC rules.

Application Fee
- General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 750/- for each post.
- SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
The fee must be paid online through the application portal.
