This apprenticeship program is ideal for fresh graduates and ITI pass-outs (HSLC + ITI) across various engineering disciplines (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation), as well as Commerce, Science, and Arts graduates, who are eager to gain practical industry experience within a Government of India Undertaking. Candidates who are within the 18-24 age bracket (with relaxations for reserved categories) and have not previously undergone an apprenticeship or significant job experience post-ITI are well-suited.

Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship or possess one year or more of job experience after their ITI qualification are ineligible. Those with qualifications acquired through distance learning or part-time mode, or possessing higher professional qualifications, should not apply as their applications will be rejected. This is an apprenticeship, not a regular employment guarantee, so individuals seeking permanent jobs immediately after training should be aware of this distinction.
