This role is ideal for highly experienced, internal candidates currently serving in permanent positions within AI Assets Holding Limited or its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will possess a Graduate Degree in any discipline, preferably an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, and critically, 20 years of managerial experience with at least 5 years at a senior level in the aviation industry. Strong leadership, strategic vision, and a proven track record of setting high standards in organizational growth and sustainability are essential for this challenging position.

External candidates are not eligible as this recruitment is strictly for internal permanent employees. Individuals lacking the extensive managerial and senior-level aviation experience (20 years total, 5 years senior-level) should not apply. Those exceeding the maximum age limit of 57 years (or 62 with specific aviation ground handling experience) as of June 10, 2026, will also not be considered.
