- Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, IT): BE/B.Tech in the respective engineering discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Executive (HR): Minimum 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/Program in Management with specialization in HR/IR/Personnel Management OR Post Graduate in Social Work/MHROD/MBA, all with minimum 60% marks.
- Engineer (CDM): Bachelor's Engineering Degree in any discipline OR Master's Degree in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering/Environmental Management.
- Executive (Finance): Qualified CA / CMA.
- Executive (Corporate Communication): Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Journalism / Advertising & Public Relations / Mass Communication with at least 60% marks.

Age Limit Details
The upper age limit is 30 years for most posts and 32 years for Engineer (RE-CDM). Age relaxation will be provided as per government guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD, and 5 years for J&K domicile (born between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989). Ex-servicemen are also eligible for age relaxation as per government norms. All age calculations will be as on the application deadline (April 13, 2024).
Salary & Pay Scale
Estimated total remuneration, including fixed and variable components, will be approximately Rs. 83,000.00. The actual remuneration will depend on experience, place of posting, and other terms and conditions of appointment.
