Best-Fit Profile

This recruitment is ideal for Indian citizens aspiring for stable government positions in a prestigious medical institute within Uttar Pradesh. Candidates with qualifications ranging from 10th pass to postgraduate degrees, particularly in computer science, physics, medical physics, and general graduation with stenography or public relations skills, will find suitable opportunities. Those seeking roles in Group B, C, and D non-teaching cadres, including administrative, technical, and support staff, are encouraged to apply. The opportunity is particularly beneficial for Uttar Pradesh domiciled candidates who can avail age relaxation and reservation benefits.

Important Considerations

Individuals seeking purely teaching roles should not apply as this notification is specifically for non-teaching positions. Candidates from outside Uttar Pradesh will not be eligible for reservation benefits and must apply under the Unreserved category. Applicants who do not meet the specified minimum educational qualifications or, where required, the mandatory 12-month internship experience by the application deadline, should refrain from applying. Those unwilling to commit to an online application process or who cannot pay the prescribed non-refundable application fee will also find this unsuitable.

Career Impact

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (Dr. RMLIMS) is a renowned state-level autonomous medical institute, offering excellent opportunities for career growth in the healthcare sector. Securing a position here provides the stability and benefits associated with state government employment, including competitive pay scales (Level 1 to Level 10) and comprehensive allowances. Long-term prospects involve working in a cutting-edge multidisciplinary medical environment, contributing to public health, and potential for internal progression within various non-teaching cadres.
