Salary & Pay Scale
- Accommodation: Suitable hostel/campus accommodation as per IIT norms will be provided if requested and if available.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): For Institute Post-Doctoral Fellows not provided accommodation within the campus, they are eligible for HRA as per Central Government norms.
- Contingency Grant: A contingency grant of Rs. 1,00,000 per annum will be provided for research purposes.
- Medical Benefits/Insurance: As applicable to Ph.D. scholars.
- Conference Permission: Permission for either National or International conferences can be granted, provided funds are available within the contingency grant.
- TA Claim for Interview: Reimbursement of II AC train fare (to and fro by shortest route) for attending interviews.
