Work Culture & Environment

Office/fieldwork balance, duties, organizational environment.

Teaching Associates at the College of Veterinary Sciences (COVS), LUVAS engage directly in undergraduate instruction, clinical demonstration, laboratory sessions, and farm management instruction across departments like Veterinary Clinical Complex (VCC), Livestock Farm Complex (LFC), and specialized veterinary disciplines. Working hours align with university academic hours (typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday). Duties are strictly confined to teaching support functions under the guidance of the Head of Department (HOD) and Dean, COVS, without administrative or governance responsibilities reserved for regular faculty members.

Posting & Transfer Policy

Initial posting criteria, zone preferences, transfer liability.
