1. Programme Officer (02 posts): First Class in MBA, B.E./B.Tech., MRTM (Master of Rural Technology and Management), or Post Graduate degree in Mathematics or Physics.
2. Accountant (01 post): B.Com degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates; 2nd division for Bastar and Surguja divisions).

Age Limit & Relaxations

Minimum age is 21 years and maximum age is 40 years as on 01.01.2026. Upper age is relaxable up to 45 years for female candidates, SC/ST/OBC categories, and government/contractual employees as per Chhattisgarh GAD norms.
