Candidates must fulfill either of the following educational and experience criteria as on 28.10.2026:
- Option A: Master of Commerce (M.Com) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University, along with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts; OR
- Option B: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University, along with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Domain of Experience: Experience must be in the areas of Finance and Accounts in Shipbuilding, Ship Repair, Commercial Establishments, Ports, Engineering Companies, or Government/Semi-Government Establishments.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications such as SAP (FICO module), MS Project, MS Office, etc.
