MHA Manager Grade-II Recruitment 2026

Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, or Union Territories fulfilling the following conditions:

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department; OR
• With 6 years regular service in posts in Level 5 of Pay Matrix (Rs. 29,200 - 92,300); OR
• With 10 years regular service in posts in Level 4 of Pay Matrix (Rs. 25,500 - 81,100); AND
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Studies, Economics, or Public Administration from a recognized university or institute; AND
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts/accounting work in any Government Office, PSU, Autonomous, or Statutory Organisation.
• Departmental Assistant Manager-cum-Store Keeper in Level 4 with 10 years regular service will also be considered along with outsiders (treated as promotion if selected).

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications (26.11.2026).

1. Download the official application proforma (Annexure-I and Annexure-II) from the Ministry of Home Affairs website at www.mha.gov.in.
2. Fill out the bio-data application form completely in duplicate, providing chronological employment history, educational qualifications, and accounts experience.
3. Obtain the official employer certificate from the Cadre Controlling Authority / Head of Office verifying the service particulars and confirming that the official can be spared immediately upon selection.
4. Attach attested photocopies of ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years, a Vigilance Certificate, and an Integrity Certificate.
5. Forward the complete application dossier through proper channel to Section Officer (Admin-II), Room No. 35076, Kartavya Bhawan-03, New Delhi - 110001 to reach latest by 26.11.2026 (Thursday).
