Krishi Udyamis (KUs) manage Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKGs) at the panchayat level in Frestwar and Yarikha, Block Khansahib, District Budgam under the Holistic Agriculture Development Program (HADP). They operate multi-functional IT kiosks to provide a one-stop service center delivering government agricultural schemes, digital advisories, soil health testing coordination, and retail distribution of agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides) directly to farmers.

Citizen Service Center / VLE Franchise Model: Earnings are determined by government-approved transaction fees and citizen service delivery commissions, not a fixed monthly salary.

Non-salaried public service delivery franchise. Remuneration is generated through service charges and input sales commissions per rates notified by the Mission Director, HADP.
