DU IHE Section Officer Recruitment 2026

Essential Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from any recognized Institute/University.
• Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or with 3 years regular service in Pay Level-6 (or equivalent) in Central/State Government, Universities, or Autonomous Organizations.
• Good communication and analytical skills with aptitude for drafting/noting in English, and ability to handle administration, examination, finance, accounts, establishment, purchase, legal, or project management.

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications, i.e., 28.10.2026.

1. Download and fill out the prescribed application form from the notification or official website (https://ihe.du.ac.in).
2. Attach attested photocopies of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) for the last three years for the post of Section Officer.
3. Obtain Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent employer/cadre controlling authority.
4. Send the completed application along with all enclosures through proper channel by registered/speed post superscribing 'Application for the Post of Section Officer on Deputation Basis' to: The Director, Institute of Home Economics (University of Delhi), F-4, Hauz Khas Enclave, New Delhi - 110016 so as to reach on or before 28.10.2026.
