Educational Qualification

Director (Project): Degree in Engineering / Post Graduate / MBA, with 15–20 years experience including minimum 5 years in the energy sector.
Director (Operation): Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) with 15–17 years experience in power generation/transmission, with minimum 2 years at General Manager / Chief Engineer level.
Director (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA / ICWA) with 15–17 years experience in corporate finance and accounts, with minimum 2 years at GM/CE level.
Director (Human Resource): Graduate with MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / HR / Industrial Relations with 15–17 years experience in HR/Admin, with minimum 2 years at GM/CE level.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Candidate must be between 45 and 60 years of age on the date of publication of the advertisement. The initial appointment is tenure-based for 3 years, extendable up to the superannuation age of 62 years.
