Essential Experience: Twelve (12) years' experience in Executive cadre in Programming / Electronic Data Processing / Network / System Design & Analysis / relevant fields of Information Technology in any Industrial / Commercial organization. Desirable Experience: Prior working experience in Port or Shipping sector.

The Chief Manager (ICT) spearheads the IT division of Mumbai Port Authority, leading enterprise infrastructure teams managing Terminal Operating Systems, ERP, Access Control Smart Gates, and real-time MIS executive dashboards. Standard working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, with occasional exigency responsibilities during critical operational cutovers or port system upgrades.

Contractual engagement for an initial tenure of 3 years, extendable by 2 years at the discretion of MbPA (maximum total tenure of 5 years).
