Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 55% marks in aggregate and must be permanent residents of Odisha. For the post of Manager, a minimum of 3 years officer cadre experience in a commercial bank or 5 years in a cooperative bank or financial institution (NBFC, DFI, Insurance Company) is mandatory. For Assistant Manager, fresh graduates with 55% aggregate marks are eligible, with preference given to Master's degree holders in Finance, Banking, Cooperative Management, MBA, or IT.

Age Limit & Relaxations

As on 01.04.2026: Assistant Manager age must be 21 to 32 years; Manager age must be 21 to 42 years. Upper age relaxation of 5 years is admissible for SC, ST, SEBC (OBC), Women, and Ex-Servicemen. PwBD candidates receive 10 years relaxation (up to 42 years for Asst Manager and 52 years for Manager).
