Educational Qualification

Research Nurse (18 posts): 12th with Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or equivalent and registered nurse/ANM, OR B.Sc. (Nursing), OR Nursing "A" Certificate with 3 years hospital experience, OR Nursing Assistant Class III & above from Armed Forces. Max Age: 35 years.

Technician (12 posts): B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent, OR DMLT with at least 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant field. Max Age: 50 years.

Field Worker (03 posts): 10th with 5 years experience in clinical research/field activities, OR 12th with 3 years experience, OR DMLT with 1 year experience, OR Graduate degree in any discipline with 1 year experience. Max Age: 50 years.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Research Nurse: Up to 35 years. Technician: Up to 50 years. Field Worker: Up to 50 years. Age relaxations apply: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10-15 years for PwBD, up to 5 years for Central Government servants, and as applicable for Ex-Servicemen.

Selection will be conducted through a walk-in written test / skill test / interview at THSTI, NCR Biotech Science Cluster, Faridabad. Eligible candidates must report at 09:00 AM on the designated date (24th October 2026 for Research Nurse; 26th October 2026 for Technician and Field Worker) with their CV and original credentials. If a large number of candidates appear, a screening written test or qualification-based shortlisting will be conducted to select candidates for the interview.

Project staff engaged under the Placenta Health Project (Adaptive Dose Finding Platform in India) at THSTI operate at the cutting edge of translational maternal-fetal medicine research. Research Nurses and Technicians are primarily based across three premier government hospitals in Delhi—AIIMS New Delhi, GTB Hospital (UCMS), and Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC)—with periodic coordination visits to the central laboratory at THSTI Faridabad. The working environment demands rigorous clinical trial protocol compliance, empathetic communication with pregnant women in OPDs, standardized bio-sampling, strict cold-chain sample preservation, and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) entry.

Initial deployment is at any of the three participating Delhi hospital sites (AIIMS, GTB Hospital, or LHMC), alongside THSTI NCR Biotech Science Cluster in Faridabad.
