Educational Qualification

Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed SSC (10th Class) examination from a recognized Board, and ITI in Electrician trade recognized by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), New Delhi. Candidate must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal.

Apprentices at MAHATRANSCO (MSETCL) EHV O&M Division Chikhali-Pimpri are trained in high-voltage electrical transmission operations. The training covers 220 kV and 132 kV grid substations, maintenance of high-tension power transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, bus-bars, transmission line towers, and control room relay systems.
