Computer Programmer: 1st Class B.E. (Computer Science/IT) / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science).
Programme Officer: 1st Class MBA / B.E. / MRTM (Master of Rural Technology Management) / Post Graduation in Mathematics or Physics.
Assistant Programmer: B.E. / B.Tech or M.Sc. / MCA in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Accountant: B.Com with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST; 2nd Division for Bastar & Surguja divisions).
Mandatory: Chhattisgarh domicile and live Employment Exchange registration.

Recruits will be posted under Zila Panchayat Balod and Janpad Panchayats across Balod district, Chhattisgarh, executing the Viksit Bharat - Guarantee Mission for Employment and Livelihood (Rural) [VB-G RAM G] under the Panchayat & Rural Development Department. Roles span technical IT architecture (Computer Programmer & Assistant Programmer maintaining MIS, database servers, and scheme portals), administrative monitoring and field inspection (Programme Officer tracking rural infrastructure and employment mandates), and financial accounting (Accountant reconciling scheme cashbooks, vouchers, and audit statements). Daily working hours are 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM across 5 to 6 working days weekly, with periodic field visits to gram panchayats during audit or mission milestones.
