Store Keeper cum Accountant: Graduate in Commerce or Economics, or CA/ICWA Inter with working proficiency in MS Office and Tally, plus minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Govt/Semi-Govt institutions or CA firms.
Cook: 8th class pass with minimum 3 years of relevant cooking experience (male candidates only).
House Keeper: 5th class pass with minimum 2 years of Class-IV institutional experience (male candidates only).
Candidate must be a bona fide resident (स्थानीय निवासी) of Chhattisgarh.

Candidate must be between 21 and 35 years of age as on 01.01.2026. Age relaxations for native residents of Chhattisgarh and reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/Women) apply up to a cumulative maximum of 45 years as per CG GAD rules.

1. Verify eligibility, Chhattisgarh domicile status, and experience criteria for the desired post.
2. Download the prescribed application format from mahasamund.gov.in or obtain it from the notification annexure.
3. Fill out the application form completely in Hindi/English, affixing a self-attested passport-size photograph signed across.
4. Attach self-attested photocopies of all required enclosures: CG Domicile Certificate, 10th marksheet/birth certificate for age proof, caste certificate (for ST post), educational marksheets (5th/8th/B.Com/Graduation/CA Inter), valid experience certificates, and mandatory self-attested bank statements showing salary/allowance credit during the claimed experience period.
5. Place the application and documents in a sealed envelope superscribed with 'Application for the Post of [Name of Post]' with sender's complete address and contact details.
6. Send via Registered Post, Speed Post, or Courier to: Office of the District Programme Officer, Women and Child Development Department, Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh – 493445. Submissions must reach on or before 09 October 2026 up to 05:00 PM. Hand-delivered or late submissions will not be accepted.
