OFA Labour Welfare Officer Recruitment 2026

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/Institute AND a Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Social Science, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, or an MBA in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management. Desirable: Adequate knowledge of Marathi language.

Candidate must be between 27 and 45 years of age as on the closing date of application (09.10.2026). Relaxations applicable as per Government/OFA guidelines for OBC candidates.

1. Download and print the official application format (Annexure-A) from the recruitment advertisement.
2. Fill all columns in block capital letters, affixing one self-attested passport-size photograph on the application form and attaching a second photograph (with full name written on the reverse).
3. Attach self-attested photocopies of proof of date of birth (10th/Matriculation certificate), educational qualification degrees/marksheets, experience certificates, valid photo ID (PAN/Driving License/Voter ID), and valid OBC category certificate issued by a competent authority.
4. Send the completed physical application envelope by Speed Post or Courier to: Executive Director, Ordnance Factory Ambarnath, Kalyan Badlapur Road, Ambarnath (West), Thane - 421502, Maharashtra.
5. Email an advance scanned copy of the application along with all attachments to [email protected] with the subject line 'APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LABOUR WELFARE OFFICER'.
