Senior Public Health Specialist: MBBS with MD/DNB in Community Medicine/PSM/CHA + 7 years experience OR MBBS with DPH/DIH/DTM&H + 10 years experience OR MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BSMS with MPH or MBA (Health & Hospital Mgmt) + 10 years experience.
Public Health Specialist: MBBS with MD/DNB in Community Medicine/PSM/CHA + 3 years experience OR MBBS with DPH/DIH/DTM&H + 5 years experience OR MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BSMS with MPH or MBA (Health & Hospital Mgmt) + 7 years experience.
Microbiologist: MBBS with MD/DNB in Microbiology + min 2 years experience in Medical Microbiology.
Training Manager: PG in Public Health/Community Medicine/Hospital Mgmt OR B.Tech (IT/CS/ECE) + full-time MBA OR MBBS with full-time MBA + min 2 years experience.
Technical Officer (Finance): Post-graduate degree in Commerce / MBA (Finance) / CA + min 5 years experience in Govt accounting/PFMS.
Technical Officer (IT): PG in CS/IT/Electronics or MBA (IT/System) OR B.Tech (IT/CS/ECE) with MBA + min 2 years experience.
Communication Specialist: Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism + 5 years crisis/risk communication experience.

Contractual appointees work at the Central Surveillance Unit (CSU) of the Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP) at NCDC Headquarters in Delhi.
